The students of faculty of Medicine ( Female) have published a scientific journal which contained a number of topics that discussed the current environmental issues which concerned people not only in our community but all the people all over the world because these issues lead to serious problems which affect our ecosystems and these environmental problems happen due to the excessive human actions such as cutting down trees which lead to deforestation and soil erosion as well as The burning of fossil fuel which lead to the global warming. These issues are of global importance, and there are some topics have gained national attention and have noticeable impacts on our local and national surroundings. Waste dumping is one of the problems that has great and direct influence on our environment and it considered one of the problem that worries most of societies all over the world and it must be processed in a manner that doesn't cause harms to the environment. Electronic waste is one of the problems that emerged as a result of the rapid development of the electronics industry. Oil spills disasters which took place in the twentieth century in Arab and Mexico Gulfs have had catastrophic effects which harm the marine life and subsequently the live of the people who live in the coastal areas and their effects have persisted for many decades. The pollution and shortage of water also has been discussed, the causes, and the solutions that must be taken to address the problem. Moreover, to sensitize people about the importance of water and how they must conserve it some talented students drew illustrations to accompany the topic of water conservation as people usually misuse and waste water in their domestic needs. Some people have some bad habits, some realize that they have certain bad habits and some do no unless somebody else pointed this habit out to him and how do people must get rid of it. This topic has been discussed also. All the students have participated in preparing , writing and publishing the journal and some of them are innovative they gave a nice ideas for the layout of the journal. They were very excited and enthusiastic.
